利用氰化尾渣制备矿井充填胶凝材料的方法,包括以下步骤:按比例依次称取烘干后的氰化尾渣、二次铝灰、钡渣和磷石膏,放入罐式混料机进行混合;混合均匀后,加入氢氧化钠溶液润湿,并用压片机将粉体压制成正方体坯体,无重叠放置于烘箱中烘干;将烘干料放入高温箱式马弗炉中进行煅烧;向煅烧后熟料相中配入磷石膏,破碎后送入球磨机中进行球磨处理,即得到胶结剂,以尾矿石为骨料,并辅以聚羧酸减水剂,加水后配制成矿井充填用胶凝材料;本发明以氰化尾渣为原料,联合钡渣、二次铝灰和磷石膏等工业固废,采用一步活化法制备胶凝材料,可同时完成尾渣脱氰除毒和尾渣活化,工艺流程简单,制备的充填材料水化硬化速率快、流动性好、机械强度高。
The method for preparing the mine filling cementing material by using the cyanidation tailings comprises the following steps: sequentially weighing the dried cyanidation tailings, secondary aluminum ash, barium slag and phosphogypsum in proportion, and mixing in a tank type mixer; after uniformly mixing, adding a sodium hydroxide solution for wetting, pressing the powder into a cube blank by using a tablet press, and putting the cube blank into a drying oven for drying without overlapping; putting the dried material into a high-temperature box type muffle furnace for calcining; adding ardealite into the calcined clinker phase, crushing, feeding into a ball mill, carrying out ball milling treatment to obtain a cementing agent, taking tailings as aggregate, adding a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and adding water to prepare a cementing material for mine filling; the cyanidation tailings are used as the raw material and combined with industrial solid wastes such as the barium slag, the secondary aluminum ash and the ardealite, the cementing material is prepared by adopting a one-step activation method, decyanation and detoxification of the tailings and activation of the tailings can be completed at the same time, the technological process is simple, and the prepared filling material is high in hydration and hardening rate, good in fluidity and high in mechanical strength.
