The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt concrete, and particularly discloses asphalt concrete with good rutting resistance, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 100 to 150 parts of asphalt, 10 to 30 parts of cement, 20 to 40 parts of silica fume, 10 to 50 parts of quartz sand, 5 to 15 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 1 to 2 parts of silane coupling agent, 10 to 30 parts of branched lignin, 1 to 10 parts of organic fiber, 1 to 10 parts of inorganic fiber and 1 to 5 parts of anti-stripping agent. The branched lignin is obtained by acetylating lignin and then grafting the acetylated lignin with palmitic acid and nano graphene oxide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the asphalt concrete with good rut resistance. According to the invention, under the cooperation of branched lignin, nano calcium carbonate is filled in asphalt gaps, and under the cooperation of cement, the integrity of an asphalt concrete system is enhanced, the deformation modulus of the asphalt concrete is effectively improved, the anti-rutting performance of the system is good, and the service life of the asphalt concrete can be effectively prolonged.
