Meanwhile, along with the increase of the use amount of the fly ash, the heat conductivity coefficient of the product is gradually reduced, that is, the heat insulation performance of the product is gradually optimized, and the heat conductivity coefficient is gradually reduced. Based on comprehensive consideration of compressive strength and heat insulation performance, the dosage ratio of the low-iron red mud to the fly ash is preferably controlled to be 100: (25-65). In addition, light heat insulation materials are made into prefabricated blocks in advance, installation on a slope is facilitated, and the laying requirement of roof materials can be met.
本发明以低铁赤泥为主要材料,粉煤灰以次要材料制备轻质隔热保温块。研究表明,在以低铁赤泥为主要成分制备轻质隔热保温块时,随着粉煤灰用量的增加,产品的抗压强度呈现出先提高后降低的趋势,当低铁赤泥与粉煤灰的用量比为100∶46.5时,抗压强度达到最高。与此同时,随着粉煤灰用量的增加,产品的导热系数逐渐降低,也即产品的隔热性能逐步优化,并且,导热系数的下降趋势会逐步放缓。基于抗压强度和隔热性能的综合考量,低铁赤泥与粉煤灰的用量比控制在100∶(25‑65)为宜。另外,本发明预先将轻质隔热保温材料做成预制块,利于在斜坡上安装,可以适应屋顶材料的铺设需求。
