The formula of the ceramic material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of ZnO, 1.5 to 4.5 parts of Bi2O3, 2.5 to 6.5 parts of Sb2O3, 0.2 to 1.5 parts of MnO2, 0.3 to 2.5 parts of Co2O3, 0.05 to 2 parts of Ni2O3, 0.03 to 1.5 parts of Cr2O3, 0.01 to 0.2 part of silver glass powder, 0.01 to 0.3 part of Ta2O5, 0.01 to 0.5 part of La2O3 and 0.005 to 0.1 part of Al (NO3) 3.9 H2O. The invention also provides a piezoresistor prepared by the ceramic material formula and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: fine grinding of the formula material, preparation of slurry, spray granulation, tabletting, glue discharging, sintering, cleaning and drying, metallization of a terminal electrode, pin welding, cleaning and drying, encapsulation of an insulating material and curing.
