The invention discloses a preparation method of spherical yttrium zirconium oxide nano-powder, which comprises the following steps: adding a polyethylene glycol solution into a high-pressure reaction kettle, heating to 120 DEG C, then simultaneously adding a zirconium salt solution and a yttrium salt solution for reaction, and continuously reacting after the zirconium salt solution and the yttrium salt solution are fed to obtain a mixed solution A; the obtained mixed solution A is heated to 60-90 DEG C under the stirring condition of 50-100 r/min, then ammonia water is slowly added to adjust the pH value to 8-10, and a mixed solution B is obtained; performing membrane filtration on the mixed solution B to remove impurities, and then performing membrane concentration to obtain a concentrated solution; feeding the concentrated solution into a spray granulation tower for atomization granulation to obtain spherical yttrium zirconium oxide precursor powder; and putting the yttrium zirconium oxide precursor powder into a calcining furnace, and calcining to obtain the spherical yttrium zirconium oxide powder. The problems that in the ceramic sintering process of zirconium oxide powder, due to the fact that the powder fluidity is poor, and particles are not uniform in thickness, a sintered ceramic sheet is low in density, prone to breakage and free of toughness are solved.
本发明公开了一种球形氧化钇锆纳米粉体的制备方法,其将聚乙二醇溶液加入到高压反应釜中升温至120℃,接着同时加入锆盐溶液和钇盐溶液进行反应,在所述锆盐溶液和钇盐溶液进料完成后继续反应得到混合液A;将得到的混合液A在50~100r/min的搅拌条件下加热至60~90℃,然后缓慢加入氨水调整pH值至8~10,得到混合液B;对混合液B进行膜过滤去除杂质,接着进行膜浓缩得到浓缩液;将浓缩液送至喷雾造粒塔中进行雾化造粒,得到球形氧化钇锆前驱体粉体;将氧化钇锆前驱体粉体放入煅烧炉进行煅烧得到球形氧化钇锆粉体。本发明解决了氧化锆粉体在陶瓷烧结过程中,因为粉末流动性不好、颗粒粗细不均匀,导致烧成陶瓷片后密度不高,容易破裂,没有韧性的问题。
