The invention discloses a reservoir connecting structure of a concrete faced rockfill dam and a deep backfill reservoir bottom and a construction method.The connecting structure comprises a reservoir bottom backfill rock ballast area, a concrete panel on the upstream of the concrete faced rockfill dam and a toe board arranged at the lower end of the concrete panel, and the upper portion of the reservoir bottom backfill rock ballast area adopts a geomembrane anti-seepage layer for seepage prevention; a main rockfill area is arranged below the concrete panel; the toe board is horizontally connected with the geomembrane impermeable layer, and a supporting platform is arranged at the bottom of the toe board; the main rockfill area extends towards the side of the reservoir bottom rock ballast backfilling area, and the bottom of the supporting platform is located on the main rockfill area. According to the reservoir connecting structure of the concrete faced rockfill dam and the deep backfill reservoir bottom and the construction method, the supporting platform is arranged, and the upstream cushion layer area and the transition area of the dam body extend to the bottom of the toe board to serve as a part of the supporting platform, so that the toe board foundation is located on the dam rockfill body; and toe board deformation and stress influence caused by differential settlement of the deep backfill body in the later period are effectively reduced.
