A hand-shaped connector applied to gas lift type drainage preloading foundation treatment comprises a hand-shaped connector body structure and a pneumatic connecting structure. The hand-shaped connector body structure comprises a rectangular connector and a tubular connector connected to the middle of the upper end of the rectangular connector. The pneumatic connecting structure comprises equal-diameter quick connectors, a pneumatic pipe and an equal-diameter straight-through connector. The two equal-diameter quick connectors are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the pipe type connector. The equal-diameter quick connector is connected with the pneumatic pipe, and an open hole and a sealing ring are arranged at the position, corresponding to the pneumatic pipe, of the top face of the rectangular connector; the pneumatic pipe is connected with the equal-diameter straight-through connector after penetrating through the open hole and the sealing ring and penetrating through the connector body structure. Pore water in a soil body can be promoted to permeate to the drainage plate, and therefore the reinforcement effect of drainage preloading foundation treatment is improved.
