Prestressed concrete pipe pile and processing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of foundation construction, in particular to a prestressed concrete pipe pile and a machining method thereof. The invention provides a prestressed concrete pipe pile. The prestressed concrete pipe pile comprises a pile body, an end plate and a pile tip. The pile tip comprises a concrete cone and an auxiliary reinforcement cage. The auxiliary reinforcement cage is arranged in a pyramid shape, and a connector is arranged on the auxiliary reinforcement cage and fixedly connected with the end plate. The invention further provides a machining method of the prestressed concrete pipe pile. A pipe pile centrifugal machine and a steel mold are adopted. The steel die comprises a main die and an auxiliary die; the auxiliary reinforcement cage is fixedly connected with the end plate, the end plate is installed between the main mold and the auxiliary mold and fixedly connected with the auxiliary mold, and the auxiliary reinforcement cage is arranged in the auxiliary mold; and filling concrete into the main mold, closing the mold and centrifugally forming. The pile tip and the end plate are connected into a whole, the shear resistance among the end plate, the pile body and the pile tip is improved through the shear-resistant column or the shear-resistant sleeve, the overall strength of the prestressed concrete pipe pile is effectively improved, and therefore the pile sinking precision is improved.
