Concrete dam foundation giant deep groove reinforcing structure and construction method
The invention discloses a structure for reinforcing a huge deep groove of a concrete dam foundation and a construction method. The method is suitable for hydraulic and hydro-power engineering. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a bearing plate which strides the top of a deep groove, the bottom of the bearing plate is of an arched structure, the upper portion of the bearing plate is used for pouring a dam body, the two ends of the bearing plate are supported by bed rocks on the two sides of the deep groove, and a plurality of grouting holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the deep groove, of the bearing plate; the upstream anti-seepage wall and the downstream anti-seepage wall are arranged on bed rocks on the upstream and the downstream of the deep groove respectively, are tightly attached to the upstream end face and the downstream end face of the bearing plate and are used for avoiding diffusion of grouting materials in the high-pressure consolidation grouting period, preventing seepage in the operation period and reducing the uplift pressure of the dam bottom; the grouting part is formed by curing a grouting material poured by a high-pressure consolidation grouting pipe and is located in a deep groove defined by the upstream anti-seepage wall, the downstream anti-seepage wall and the bearing plate; and the backfill part is formed by curing a backfill material poured by the backfill grouting pipe, is positioned in the arched structure at the bottom of the bearing plate, and is connected with the grouting part into a whole.
