The invention discloses a novel building roof composite double-layer coating waterproof construction method, which belongs to the field of building construction, and comprises the following steps: cleaning and pretreating a base layer, constructing SBT high-permeability epoxy waterproof paint, and performing supplementary coating on part of the base layer to enhance the waterproof performance. And a waterproof reinforcing layer formed by alternately stacking three layers of SBT single-component polyurethane waterproof coatings and two layers of glass fiber non-woven fabrics is additionally arranged at a detail node. Then, SBT single-component polyurethane waterproof paint is constructed, a waterproof layer water storage test is carried out, and finally, a slope making layer, a heat preservation layer and a protection layer are constructed. In the whole construction process, the waterproof effect is guaranteed, and the heat preservation performance and the structural strength of the roof are improved.
本发明公开了新型建筑屋面复合双层涂膜防水施工工法,属于建筑施工领域,本发明通过对基层进行清理和预处理,再施工SBT高渗透环氧防水涂料,并对部分基层进行补涂增强防水性能。在细部节点,增设了由三层SBT单组份聚氨酯防水涂料与两层玻纤无纺布交替堆叠组成的防水加强层。然后对其施工SBT单组份聚氨酯防水涂料,并进行防水层蓄水试验,最后施工找坡层、保温层和保护层。整个施工过程,既保证了防水效果,又提高了屋面的保温性能和结构强度。
