A plurality of convex teeth are arranged on the guide rail, a brake block is arranged on the hanging seat, and after the brake block is matched with the convex teeth, the hanging seat stops moving relative to the guide rail; an anti-falling frame is arranged on the hanging seat, the brake block is arranged on the anti-falling frame in a sliding mode, a driving spring is arranged between one side of the anti-falling frame and the brake block, and an expansion bag body is arranged between the other side of the anti-falling frame and the brake block. The hanging seat is provided with a puncturing unit used for puncturing the expansion bag body. The puncture unit comprises an ejector pin arranged on the hanging seat in a sliding mode and a balancing weight connected with the ejector pin, and a puncture spring is arranged between the ejector pin and the hanging seat.
