The system comprises a driving execution module used for driving a vehicle door handle to be pre-opened; the proximity sensing module is arranged on the vehicle door handle and used for sensing whether a foreign object approaches the vehicle door handle or not; the control module receives the sensing signal sent by the proximity sensing module, is in control connection with the driving execution module, controls the driving execution module to drive the vehicle door handle to be pre-opened for the first time, and controls the driving execution module to drive the vehicle door handle to be pre-opened again on the basis of primary pre-opening according to the sensing signal; the opening degree of the vehicle door handle pre-opened again is larger than the opening degree of the vehicle door handle pre-opened for the first time. The hidden type vehicle door handle control system can meet the requirement of external protrusions of a passenger vehicle in the national standard GB 11566-2009 when being pre-opened for the first time, the problem that hands are prone to being pinched due to the fact that the opening degree of the door handle is too small or the problem that the door cannot be opened by stretching the hands to hold the door handle is solved through pre-opening again, and the man-machine requirement is met.
