The invention discloses an informationized medical sliding door system which comprises a sliding door body driven by a driving mechanism to move, and an anti-collision buffering mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the sliding door body; a controller main body is arranged at one end of the sliding door body, the driving mechanism is connected with the controller main body, the controller main body is electrically connected with an operating room information panel, a first touch screen is arranged on one side of the sliding door body, and the operating room information panel can be interconnected to the first touch screen to be used for displaying and operating information. A perspective window is arranged on the side, the same as the first touch screen, of the sliding door body, and a second touch screen is arranged on the side, close to the perspective window, of the sliding door body. The system has an anti-collision buffering effect and is very convenient to check internal information of the operating room, information of an operating room information panel and typesetting information of a nurse station.
