The invention provides a preparation method of a self-sealing bamboo joint pipe type solid oxide fuel cell/electrolytic cell and a cell/electrolytic cell stack thereof, a silk-screen printing technology is adopted, ordered preparation of a cell pack is carried out by taking a structural layer as a unit, and functional layers of cell units are printed and prepared on a complete plane, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is reduced. Printing difficulty in preparation of the functional layer on the upper layer due to existence of an end part step of the functional layer on the lower layer is avoided; meanwhile, at the second interval, a first connector film layer formed by printing connector slurry is in contact with an electrolyte film layer and a second insulating film layer in the horizontal direction, and a fuel electrode film layer and an air electrode film layer which are in longitudinal lap joint with adjacent cell units in the vertical direction, so that longitudinal transmission of current in the connector is realized, and the cell performance is effectively improved. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the yield of cell preparation is effectively improved, and commercialized popularization of the solid oxide fuel cell is facilitated.
本发明提供一种自密封竹节管式固体氧化物燃料电池/电解池及其电池/电解池堆的制备方法,本发明采用丝网印刷技术,以结构层为单位进行电池组的有序制备,使电池单元的功能层均在完整的平面上进行印刷制备,避免位于下层的功能层端部台阶的存在,对位于上层的功能层的制备造成印刷困难;同时,在第二间隔处,印刷连接体浆料形成的第一连接体膜层,在水平方向分别接触电解质膜层以及第二绝缘膜层,在垂直方向纵向搭接相邻电池单元的燃料极膜层以及空气极膜层,实现电流在连接体中进行纵向传输,有效提高电池性能。本发明提供的制备方法有效提高电池制备的良品率,有利于固体氧化物燃料电池的商业化推广。
