The pump control unit (20) is provided with: a weather information acquisition unit (201) that acquires weather information of a monitored site; an abnormality determination unit (202) that determines whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the water level detection unit (24) or the pump unit (25); a water level detection unit abnormality processing unit (203) that controls the operation of the pump unit (25) on the basis of the weather information when it is determined that an abnormality has occurred in the water level detection unit (24); and a pump unit abnormality processing unit (204) that, when it is determined that an abnormality has occurred in the pump unit (25), outputs assistance request information for the drainage pump truck and the operator to request drainage work assistance on the basis of at least one of the water level and weather information detected by the water level detection unit (24).
