The invention discloses waste mask and waste UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) fiber product double-doped modified reinforced concrete. The mixing ratio is as follows: 680-720 parts of ordinary cement; 120 to 130 parts of silica fume; 460 to 480 parts of slag; 1000 to 1200 parts of river sand; 170 to 180 parts of water; 16-17 parts of a high efficiency water reducing agent; and 1.5-2 parts of waste mask fibers and UHMWPE (Ultra High Molding Weight Polyethylene) fibers. The processing technology comprises the steps of low-temperature plasma treatment, laser cutting, fiber concrete mixing and concrete testing. Before and after the reinforced concrete is mixed with the fibers, the compressive strength is increased by 12%, the breaking strength is increased by 26%, and the bending strength is increased by 60%. The chloride ion permeation resistance electric flux is 1800-2400 DEG C, the anti-freezing durability coefficient is 23-26%, and the acid corrosion resistance is as follows: the compressive strength loss rate is 28-42%, the mass loss rate is 10-16%, and the thickness loss rate is 6.9-8.8%.
