The preparation method of the environment-friendly building thermal insulation material comprises the following steps: preparing yttrium-doped silicon dioxide nanoparticles by taking tetraethoxysilane and yttrium nitrate as raw materials and taking glycerol as a template; the preparation method comprises the following steps: modifying polyacrylonitrile nanofibers through melamine to obtain modified polyacrylonitrile nanofibers; sunflower straw powder is coated with yttrium-doped silicon dioxide nanoparticles through a DOPO type silane coupling agent, then modified polyacrylonitrile nanofibers are added, and sunflower straw aerogel is prepared; preparing a binary composite phase change material by taking capric acid and octadecanol as raw materials; loading the binary composite phase change material into the sunflower straw aerogel to obtain the environment-friendly building thermal insulation material. The environment-friendly building thermal insulation material disclosed by the invention has excellent mechanical property, flame retardant property and thermal insulation property and low moisture absorption rate.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,且公开了一种环保建筑保温材料及其制备方法。所述环保建筑保温材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:以正硅酸乙酯、硝酸钇为原料,以甘油为模板制备钇掺杂二氧化硅纳米颗粒;通过三聚氰胺对聚丙烯腈纳米纤维进行改性,得到改性聚丙烯腈纳米纤维;通过DOPO型硅烷偶联剂将钇掺杂二氧化硅纳米颗粒包覆在向日葵秸秆粉上,再加入改性聚丙烯腈纳米纤维,制得向日葵秸秆气凝胶;以癸酸、十八烷醇为原料制得二元复合相变材料;将二元复合相变材料负载于向日葵秸秆气凝胶中,得到环保建筑保温材料。本发明的环保建筑保温材料具有优异的力学性能、阻燃性能、保温性能以及低吸湿率。
