Anti-ferroelectric ceramic film slurry and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to anti-ferroelectric ceramic film slurry and a preparation method thereof. The anti-ferroelectric ceramic film slurry comprises 8 parts of lead lanthanum zirconate titanate powder, 4 parts of a first organic solvent, 1 part of a first adhesive, 1 part of a first dispersant, 1 part of a first plasticizer and 1 part of a second plasticizer. In order to optimize the properties of the slurry, the adhesive and the plasticizer are added into the slurry, so that the viscosity, the field angle and the smoothness of the slurry are remarkably improved, the slurry can be uniformly and smoothly spread in a large area, the prepared anti-ferroelectric ceramic film is flat in diaphragm and uniform in thickness, and the minimum thickness can be within 10 microns. Moreover, an anti-ferroelectric ceramic capacitor green body prepared from an anti-ferroelectric ceramic thin film prepared from the slurry is better in quality, the corresponding plastic removal time is shorter, and the quality and hardness of a ceramic finished product are better.
