Replaceable anti-impact device for bridge pier multi-stage protection
The invention discloses a replaceable anti-impact device for multi-stage protection of a pier. The replaceable anti-impact device is composed of a three-stage protection system which is formed by an inner steel sheath, a buffer sleeve, an outer protection sleeve and a force unloading rotary drum part, wherein the three-stage protection system is rigid inside and flexible outside. Wherein the inner steel sheath is formed by splicing and combining more than two half sleeves, connecting end strips are welded at the two ends of the half sleeves, and the inner steel sheath is connected to a bridge pier; the buffer sleeve comprises two detachable half rubber backing rings, and the half rubber backing rings are inserted into the outer side of the inner steel sheath; the outer protective sleeve comprises a soaking plate layer and a fiber plate layer on the outer side, and the outer protective sleeve is fixed by arranging a T-shaped positioning insertion strip on the inner side of the soaking plate layer; the force unloading rotary drum part is embedded in the outer side of the outer protection sleeve, and the inner steel protection sleeve, the buffering sleeve and the outer protection sleeve are provided with telescopic structures used for adjusting the diameter. The device is suitable for piers with different diameters, multi-stage impact resistance protection is carried out on the piers, the impact resistance protection and buffering unloading effects are better, disassembly and replacement are convenient, and the replacement cost can be reduced.
