The invention relates to a rotary drilling cast-in-place pile for a complex interactive silt stratum and a construction method of the rotary drilling cast-in-place pile. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, a steel casing is buried; secondly, a steel casing integrated orifice centering device is installed; step 3, forming a hole; step 4, hole cleaning; 5, measuring the sediment thickness; and sixthly, a reinforcement cage is lowered. By means of a series of improvement technologies, the purposes of reducing the sand content of slurry, efficiently positioning the steel casing, efficiently fixing and sinking the reinforcement cage, preventing hole shrinkage and hole collapse, measuring the sediment thickness, increasing the height of the hole opening casing and the like are achieved, the hole forming quality and precision are improved, and good technical and economic benefits can be obtained when the method is applied to actual engineering.
