The invention discloses an excavation-free foundation pit forming device based on vibration liquefaction and a construction method of the excavation-free foundation pit forming device. The excavation-free foundation pit forming device comprises a rigid limiting piece which penetrates through liquefiable soil to be pressed into a hard soil layer below a foundation pit; the partition plates are pressed into the liquefiable soil and connected with the liquefiable soil through rigid limiting pieces, and closed annular structures are formed between the partition plates to surround the to-be-excavated liquefiable soil, so that the saturated sand foundation is divided into a plurality of independent partition cavities; the vibration device is inserted into the liquefiable soil of the independent separation cavity, and the vibration of the sand in the independent separation cavity is released, so that the soil body in the independent separation cavity is liquefied; and the pumping device is used for pumping out the liquefied soil to form the foundation pit. The construction method solves the engineering problems of poor safety, complex process, long construction period, large amount of transferred muck, high manufacturing cost and the like when the foundation pit is excavated in the sandy soil area, and has the characteristics of good safety, low construction cost, high efficiency, reusability of an assembled structure and small environmental pollution.
