The invention provides a solar condensation-adsorption type efficient air water production device and method. The device comprises a solar power generation system, an air condensation type water production system, a water circulation system and an air adsorption type water production system. The solar power generation system provides power for the water circulation system and the air condensation type water production system, and high-temperature exhaust of a compressor of the condensation type water production system provides a heat source for the air adsorption type water production system. The water circulation system is used for providing cooling capacity for cooling inlet air, and the inlet air is condensed into water drops on the outer wall of an evaporator of the air condensation type water production system. Condensation type water taking and adsorption type water taking are integrated, and the total water production amount is increased.
