The invention discloses an ETFE film air pillow daylighting roof structure and a construction method thereof.The ETFE film air pillow daylighting roof structure comprises a plurality of ETFE film air pillows, coupling frames are arranged between the adjacent ETFE film air pillows, connecting grooves are formed in the lower end faces of the ETFE film air pillows, locking assemblies connected with the connecting grooves penetrate through the coupling frames, and the coupling frames are locked between the adjacent ETFE film air pillows through the locking assemblies; the coupling frame serves as a skeleton structure of the ETFE film air pillow, so that the whole ETFE film air pillow has high strength. The coupling frames in the locking state can firmly connect the adjacent ETFE film air pillows, through connection between the locking assemblies and the connecting grooves, it is avoided that through holes are formed in the ETFE film air pillows for connection, and therefore the sealing performance of the ETFE film air pillows can be guaranteed, and water leakage of the daylighting roof structure can be prevented; according to the daylighting roof structure, only the locking assembly needs to be fixed to the installation plane, then the locking assembly is operated to lock the coupling frame and the ETFE film air pillow, and therefore installation of the daylighting roof structure is completed, and installation operation is simplified to a large extent.
