The invention discloses an assembly type deployable sun-shading device carrying a quick-release power system, which comprises an outer frame, the outer frame comprises two frame columns and a frame beam vertically connected between the tops of the two frame columns, and the two frame columns and the frame beam are connected with each other and enclose to form a mounting space; the sun-shading unit is arranged in the mounting space in a foldable manner and comprises an upper sun-shading plate and a lower sun-shading plate, the front side edges of the upper sun-shading plate and the lower sun-shading plate are hinged to each other, the tail parts of the upper sun-shading plate and the lower sun-shading plate are rotationally connected with a first rotating rod and a second rotating rod respectively, and the first rotating rod can be arranged between the two frame columns in a sliding manner in the height direction of the frame columns; fixed clamping teeth are arranged at the top of the first rotating rod, and the second rotating rod is detachably connected between the bottoms of the two frame columns; the power jacking mechanism is used for driving the first rotating rod to slide so as to fold and unfold the sunshade unit; the power jacking mechanism comprises a first electric push rod which is parallel to the frame column and is connected with the first rotating rod; the locking mechanism is used for locking after the first rotating rod slides until the sun-shading unit is completely unfolded, the locking mechanism comprises a clamping tooth hole which is formed in the frame beam and is used for being connected with the fixed clamping tooth in a clamping manner, and a second electric push rod which is used for being inserted into the fixed clamping tooth to lock the first rotating rod after the fixed clamping tooth is clamped into the clamping tooth hole; the foldable sun-shading structure inherits the characteristic that a foldable structure is convenient to fold and store, and overcomes the defects that a power system of the foldable sun-shading structure is built-in and difficult to mount and dismount.
