The invention provides a post-tensioning method prestress segmented joint structure and a segmented tensioning construction method, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The construction method comprises the steps that a construction plane is divided into a plurality of water flowing sections; a concrete beam is poured, and a prestressed pipeline is preset in the concrete beam; prestressed tendons are arranged in the grouting holes in a penetrating mode, and the prestressed tendons are segmented at the boundary of the flowing water section; the prestressed tendons deviate towards the outer side of the concrete beam at the sections and extend, and anchorage devices and jacks are installed on the extension sections; the deviation directions of the prestressed tendons in the adjacent water flowing sections are different; a concrete block is poured on the concrete beam so as to wrap the extension section of the prestressed tendon; and after the strength of the concrete beam meets the design requirement, tensioning construction is conducted on the prestressed tendons. The prestressed tendons deviate from the extension section, collision during tensioning is avoided, the concrete blocks are poured on the concrete beam to wrap the extension section, the deviated prestressed tendons can be fixed respectively, and collision caused by shaking of the prestressed tendons is avoided.
