The invention discloses a dual-function windproof roller shutter capable of being installed at any angle, comprising: at least two sets of rolling box assemblies, each rolling box assembly comprising a rolling box body, a rolling box cover arranged at the peripheral side of the rolling box body and edge sealing sheets arranged at the two end parts of the rolling box body; the at least one pair of sliding rail buckle assemblies is used for connecting the edge sealing piece of the roll box body with the sliding rail assemblies; the sliding rail buckle assembly is fixed between the two rolling box assemblies and located on the edge, and the sliding rail buckle assembly and the at least two rolling box assemblies form a frame of the symmetrical windproof roller shutter. The at least two sliding rail assemblies are correspondingly arranged on the sliding rail buckle assemblies located between the rolling box assemblies respectively; the winding drum assembly is arranged in the winding box assembly; and the main moving cross beam assembly and the auxiliary moving cross beam assembly are both located between the two sliding rail assemblies and are arranged in parallel. The windproof roller shutter product has multiple functions, and can achieve sunshade, gauze mosquito prevention, semi-sunshade and semi-mosquito prevention or complete opening.
