The invention discloses conductive heating mortar with thermal insulation capacity. The conductive heating mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 400 to 500 parts of cement, 1300 to 1400 parts of standard sand, 200 to 250 parts of water, 0.7 to 1.2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.4 to 5 parts of graphene and 4 to 50 parts of phase change microcapsules, compared with the prior art, when the graphene is used as a conductive material of the conductive heating cement mortar, not only is the conductivity given to the cement mortar, but also the strength of the cement mortar can be improved. When the phase change microcapsule is used as a thermal insulation material of the conductive heating cement mortar, although the phase change microcapsule can preserve heat and store heat, the strength of the cement mortar is reduced. At the moment, the advantage that the graphene serves as a conductive material is achieved, the improvement of the strength of the graphene and the reduction of the strength caused by the phase-change microcapsules complement each other, and the graphene can also serve as a heat conduction material to transfer heat in the cement mortar.
