A preparation method of a porous aggregate toughened chromium corundum-spinel air brick with high thermal shock resistance comprises the following steps: pouring alumina micro-powder into a ball forming mill, uniformly spraying a zinc chloride solution into the alumina micro-powder in the rotation process of the ball forming mill, and stopping balling after the powder is gradually agglomerated and formed, thereby obtaining the porous aggregate toughened chromium corundum-spinel air brick with high thermal shock resistance. Drying and roasting the granulated pellets to obtain alumina spherical aggregate, and grading aggregate particles into spherical particles with different particle sizes; mixing ethanol and a phenolic resin solution according to a mass ratio to prepare a coating solution, completely immersing alumina spherical particles with different particle sizes in the resin coating solution for 20 min, and drying to obtain resin-coated spherical particles; and finally, taking the resin-coated alumina spherical particles, tabular corundum particles, white corundum powder, spinel powder, alumina micro-powder, chromium oxide micro-powder and pure calcium aluminate cement as raw materials, adding a high-efficiency water reducing agent, uniformly dry-mixing, adding water, mixing to form pug, and carrying out mold forming, demolding, drying and burning to prepare the air brick.
