The invention discloses an anti-sintering low-thermal-diffusion-coefficient rare earth tantalate environmental barrier coating ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application of the anti-sintering low-thermal-diffusion-coefficient rare earth tantalate environmental barrier coating ceramic material. The chemical formula of the environmental barrier coating ceramic material is RExAl (1-x) TaO4, the density is 94.9-98.4%, and the pore shrinkage rate is less than 0.5% after long-time heat preservation at the high temperature of 1500 DEG C; wherein the RE element is Sc, Y or Yb, and the value range of x is 0.02-0.16. The preparation method comprises the following steps: by taking Sc2O3 powder, Y2O3 powder or Yb2O3 powder, an aluminum nitrate solution and a tantalum chloride solution as raw materials, preparing a reaction precipitation colloid by adopting a chemical coprecipitation method, washing, drying, grinding and sieving to obtain mixed powder, and carrying out high-temperature hot-pressing calcination to obtain the ceramic block material. The ceramic material prepared by the invention has excellent high-temperature thermodynamic property, lower thermal diffusion coefficient, a hardness value far higher than that of a common environmental barrier coating material, and a thermal expansion coefficient matched with a carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material, and is an environmental barrier coating material with great potential.
本发明公开了一种抗烧结低热扩散系数稀土钽酸盐环境障涂层陶瓷材料及其制备方法与应用。所述环境障涂层陶瓷材料的化学式为RExAl1‑xTaO4;其致密度为94.9‑98.4%,其气孔收缩率在1500℃高温下长时间保温后气孔收缩率小于0.5%;其中,RE元素为Sc、Y或Yb,x取值范围为0.02‑0.16。其制备方法是以Sc2O3粉末、Y2O3粉末或Yb2O3粉末、硝酸铝溶液以及氯化钽溶液为原料,采用化学共沉淀法制备出反应沉淀胶体,经冲刷、干燥、研磨、过筛后获得混合粉体,再经高温热压煅烧获得陶瓷块体材料。本发明制备的陶瓷材料具有优异的高温热力学性能,较低的热扩散系数和远超常见环境障涂层材料的硬度值,以及与碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料相匹配的热膨胀系数,是一种极具潜力的环境障涂层材料。
