The invention provides a lightweight flame-retardant building thermal insulation material, which is prepared by the following method: (1) adding a small amount of high molecular weight polymer into a sol solution to prepare a spinning precursor solution with high conductivity and low viscosity; (2) preparing an organic micro-nano blocky fiber sponge precursor with a three-dimensional space structure from the spinning precursor solution by using an electrostatic spinning technology; and (3) six surfaces of the organic micro-nano blocky fiber sponge precursor are respectively impregnated in the impregnation liquid, the impregnation liquid is another sol solution, and after the impregnation liquid is completely cured, the organic micro-nano blocky fiber sponge precursor is subjected to high-temperature calcination in an air atmosphere to obtain the inorganic micro-nano fiber sponge thermal insulation material with the periphery sealed. The light flame-retardant building thermal insulation material is low in volume density, good in flame retardance and good in thermal insulation effect, the preparation method is ingenious in design, the preparation process is simple, operation is easy and convenient, industrial production is easy, product performance is stable, and the material is suitable for large-scale application and popularization.
本发明提供一种轻质阻燃建筑保温材料,其采用如下方法制备:(1)在溶胶溶液中添加少量高分子量聚合物,制备出高导电率和低粘度的纺丝前驱体溶液;(2)将纺丝前驱体溶液利用静电纺丝技术制备出具有三维空间结构的有机微纳米块状纤维海绵前驱体;(3)将有机微纳米块状纤维海绵前驱体的六个面分别浸渍在浸渍液中,浸渍液为另外的溶胶溶液,待浸渍液完全固化后,将有机微纳米块状纤维海绵前驱体在空气氛围中进行高温煅烧,得到四周密封的无机微纳米纤维海绵保温材料。本发明的轻质阻燃建筑保温材料体积密度低,阻燃性好,保温效果好,其制备方法设计巧妙,制备工艺简单,操作简便,易于工业化生产,且产品性能稳定,适于大规模推广应用。
