Method for preparing CuMn alloy through aluminothermic reduction-electromagnetic casting
The invention provides a method for preparing a CuMn alloy through aluminothermic reduction-electromagnetic casting, and belongs to the field of copper alloy preparation. The method comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials of CuO, MnO2 powder, Al powder, CaO and KClO3, adding calcium oxide for slagging when proportioning according to the mass of the required CuMn alloy, and adding 0-5% of KClO3 as a heat generating agent; the mixed materials are added into a reaction furnace in batches, and WCu alloy melt and Al2O3-CaO reduction smelting slag are obtained; the obtained Al2O3-CaO smelting slag is used for preparing calcium aluminate cement clinker; and stirring the high-temperature mutually-soluble CuMn alloy melt in an electromagnetic field, cooling and solidifying to obtain a homogeneous CuMn alloy cast ingot. According to the method, heat released by self reaction does not need to be additionally supplemented, preparation is carried out in a non-vacuum environment without too high vacuum degree, the elementary substance B is uniformly dispersed and distributed in a Cu matrix through electromagnetic stirring, and the segregation problem is effectively solved through water-cooling solidification; the generated calcium aluminate slag system can be used for preparing calcium aluminate cement clinker, and clean production of the CuMn alloy is achieved.
本发明提供一种铝热还原‑电磁铸造制备CuMn合金的方法,属于铜合金制备领域。本发明所述的方法为准备原料CuO、MnO2粉、Al粉、CaO和KClO3,按所需CuMn合金的质量配料时,配入氧化钙用于造渣,加入0~5%的KClO3作为发热剂;将混合物料分批次加入反应炉中,得到WCu合金熔体和Al2O3‑CaO的还原熔炼渣;将得到Al2O3‑CaO熔炼渣制备铝酸钙水泥熟料;将高温互溶的CuMn合金熔体在电磁场搅拌和冷却凝固后得到均质的CuMn合金铸锭。本发明利用自身反应放出的热量不需要额外补充热量,在非真空环境下进行制备不需要过高的真空度,采用电磁搅拌使B单质均匀弥散分布于Cu基体中,以及水冷凝固有效地解决了偏析问题,本发明所生成铝酸钙渣系可以进行制备铝酸钙水泥熟料,实现CuMn合金的清洁生产。
