The invention provides an integrated roadbed subsurface seepage water discharge system and a construction method thereof, the integrated roadbed subsurface seepage water discharge system comprises a roadbed, a drainage ditch, a closed water collecting tank and a drainage pipe, the closed water collecting tank is arranged at a subsurface seepage point or a seasonal subsurface water gushing point in the roadbed, the drainage pipe is communicated with the drainage ditch, and subsurface seepage water in the closed water collecting tank is discharged into the drainage ditch; the closed water collecting tank comprises a foundation, a tank body and a cover plate, and a closed structure is formed by adopting a rubber water stop belt, a middle-buried rubber water stop belt and a water swelling type water stop belt. According to the invention, the closed water collecting tank is adopted to effectively collect seepage water into the tank, so that the device integrates'blocking 'and'draining', and the problem of water seepage in the prior art is effectively solved; the closed water collecting tank and the drainage pipe form a siphon structure, so that low-water-level water can be discharged to a high-water-level drainage ditch; the overall structural design is reasonable, construction is easy, compared with building of blind ditches or sewers, the work amount and material use are reduced, and the construction cost is saved.
本发明提供一种集成式路基地下渗水外排系统及其施工方法,包括路基、排水沟、密闭集水池和排水管,密闭集水池设置于路基内的地下渗水点或季节性地下涌水点部位,通过排水管与排水沟连通,将密闭集水池内的地下渗水排入排水沟;密闭集水池包括基础、池身和盖板,通过采用橡胶止水带、中埋式橡胶止水带和遇水膨胀式止水带形成密闭结构。本发明通过采用密闭集水池有效地将渗水汇集到池内,兼具“堵”和“排”于一体,有效解决了现有技术中的渗水问题;密闭集水池与排水管形成虹吸结构,可以将低水位的水排放至高水位的排水沟处;整体结构设计合理、易于施工,相对于修建盲沟或渗沟减小了工程量和材料使用,节约了施工成本。
