The invention discloses a ceramic tile pavement back-off type prefabricating and paving construction method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, construction preparation; s2, prefabricating a base platform; s3, the formwork is reinforced and installed; s4, laying the ceramic tiles reversely; s5, reinforcing mesh pieces and embedded parts are installed; s6, concrete pouring is conducted; and S7, mold removal, maintenance and storage. S8, high-strength ceramic tile prefabricated slabs are laid; s9, grouting the prefabricated slab; and S10, paving bricks. According to the method, prefabrication of the prefabricated plates is completed in advance, then the prefabricated plates are mechanically hoisted from a prefabrication site to a construction site, and construction is completed through manual matching and splicing, so that the laying precision of the low-adhesion high-strength ceramic tile road can be greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, common workers can meet the requirements that the flatness is +/-2 mm and the brick joint distance is 6 mm through simple training, and the construction efficiency is improved. The operability is extremely high, and safety and reliability are realized. By the adoption of the back-off type tile pavement prefabricating and laying construction method, the influence of human factors on laying of the low-adhesion high-strength tile pavement is relieved, the construction period is further shortened, and the construction efficiency of the low-adhesion pavement is improved.
