The invention discloses a movable formwork mechanism for forming construction of a dock type structure lock chamber wall. The movable formwork mechanism comprises two sets of formwork devices which are symmetrically arranged and composed of main beams, supporting leg columns and cantilever beams, the supporting leg columns are vertically and evenly distributed below the main beams, the cantilever beams are installed on the main beams, and the two sets of formwork devices are fixed through a plurality of trusses; a suspension mechanism is arranged on the cantilever beam, a wall forming formwork is arranged below the cantilever beam and is hoisted through the suspension mechanism, a plurality of adjustable supporting mechanisms are installed on the supporting leg columns on the outer side of each set of formwork device, and the front ends of the adjustable supporting mechanisms are hinged to the wall forming formwork. The invention further discloses a forming construction method of the dock type structure lock chamber wall based on the movable formwork mechanism. The system is compact in structure, less in construction, not easy to lose and convenient to manage; the structure is simple, the position of the wall forming formwork can be finely adjusted, mounting and dismounting are easy and convenient, and time and labor are saved; and a self-walking moving structure is adopted, so that segmented pouring construction is facilitated, and the reliability is high.
本发明公开了坞式结构闸室墙体成型施工的移动模架机构,包括两组对称设置并由主梁、支腿柱及悬挑梁组成的模架装置,支腿柱垂直均布在主梁下,悬挑梁安装在主梁上,两组模架装置之间通过若干个衍架进行固定;悬挑梁上设置有悬吊机构,悬挑梁下设置有墙体成型模板并通过悬吊机构进行吊装,每组模架装置外侧的支腿柱上安装有若干个可调支撑机构,可调支撑机构前端与墙体成型模板进行铰接。本发明还公开了一种基于移动模架机构的坞式结构闸室墙体的成型施工方法。本发明结构紧凑,构建少,不易遗失,方便管理;结构简单,能够对墙体成型模板位置进行微调,安装拆卸简单、方便,省时省力;采用自行走时移动结构,方便分段浇注施工,可靠性高。
