The invention relates to the technical field of anchoring piles, and discloses a full-automatic anti-floating expansion type fan-shaped anchor disc structure which comprises a chassis, a sleeve fixedly connected to the top surface of the chassis, an anchor rod in threaded connection with the interior of the sleeve, a plurality of shaft seats welded to the top surface of the chassis, fan-shaped plates hinged to the interiors of the shaft seats, and a lantern ring slidably connected to the outer surface of the anchor rod. A sliding groove is formed in the outer surface of the anchor rod in a penetrating mode, an arc-shaped block is slidably connected into the sliding groove, a transmission rod is connected into the arc-shaped block in a threaded mode, and a steel wire rope is fixedly connected between the lantern ring and the fan-shaped plate. The multiple shaft seats are arranged around the axis of the base plate, the shaft seats are rotationally connected with the fan-shaped plates through the pin rods, after the whole anchor plate structure is placed into a foundation pit, the fan-shaped plates are unfolded, then concrete is poured into the foundation pit, and the concrete can completely cover the fan-shaped plates, the anchor rods and other components; due to the fact that the contact area between the sector plates and concrete can be greatly increased, the anti-drawing capacity of the anchor rod can be well improved.
本发明涉及锚固桩技术领域,且公开了一种全自动抗浮展开式扇形锚盘结构,包括底盘,底盘的顶面固定连接套管,套管内螺纹连接锚杆,底盘的顶面焊接若干个轴座,轴座内铰接有扇形板,锚杆的外表面滑动连接有套环,且锚杆的外表面贯穿开设有滑槽,滑槽内滑动连接有弧形块,弧形块内螺纹连接有传动杆,套环与扇形板之间固定连接有钢丝绳。本发明通过围绕底盘的轴心设置若干个轴座,而轴座通过销杆转动连接扇形板,当将整个锚盘结构都放入到基坑内后,将扇形板展开,随后向基坑内灌注混凝土,混凝体会完全覆盖在扇形板和锚杆等部件上,由于若干个扇形板能够极大的增加与混凝土的接触面积,所以能够很好的提高锚杆的抗拉拔能力。
