Snow removing and deicing device and method based on microwave simulation
The invention relates to a snow removing and deicing device based on microwave simulation. The snow removing and deicing device comprises expanded graphite, ferroferric oxide, asphalt concrete, an ice layer, a portable microwave deicing vehicle, an infrared thermometer, a sodium silicate solution, a refrigerator, a thermocouple, a thermocouple display screen, a water absorption sponge, an acrylic square box, an iron slide way and a metal baffle. The invention further relates to a snow removing and deicing method based on microwave simulation. The method comprises the steps that a test piece is poured; preparing a coating material suspension; coating the surface of the test piece with a coating material; installing a thermocouple; making an ice layer; the portable microwave deicing vehicle is mounted at the upper end of the acrylic square box; recording time and temperature; and measuring the water temperature after the ice layer is melted. The device can better absorb microwaves to accelerate melting of ice and snow on the road surface; the coating material can be better attached to the surface of the asphalt concrete; microwave leakage is reduced, and the pavement is prevented from being frozen again; a better coating material is selected, and funds are saved; the device is simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate and capable of simulating different effects.
