Method for preparing sulphoaluminate cement from industrial solid waste
The invention relates to a method for preparing sulphoaluminate cement from industrial solid wastes, which comprises the following steps of: weighing four raw materials, namely red mud, phosphogypsum, carbide slag and low-grade alumina according to a ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a raw material for preparing cement clinker; adding a proper amount of water into the raw material, uniformly mixing to obtain a semi-wet material, and pressing the semi-wet material into a cylindrical sample by using a steel mold; then putting the sample into a high-temperature furnace, and setting the optimal heating rate, calcining temperature and calcining time of the high-temperature furnace; after the firing is finished, immediately taking out the sample, and cooling in a quenching manner to obtain cement clinker; grinding the cement clinker in a ball mill; uniformly mixing the ground cement clinker with ardealite according to a ratio, and levigating in a ball mill to obtain a cement finished product; the prepared cement is high in strength and rapid in setting and hardening, can be used for emergency engineering, emergency repair engineering and other occasions, realizes production of sulphoaluminate cement from industrial solid waste, solves the problem of massive accumulation of phosphogypsum, and has great significance on environmental protection and economic development.
一种工业固废制备硫铝酸盐水泥的方法,采用赤泥、磷石膏、电石渣、低品位矾土四种原料按比例称取好,混合均匀得到制备水泥熟料的生料;将适量的水加入到生料中拌合均匀得到半湿态物料,利用钢模具将半湿态物料压成圆柱试样;随后将试样放入高温炉中,设置最佳高温炉的升温速率、煅烧温度和煅烧时间;烧制结束后,将试样立即取出采用急冷的方式冷却,得到水泥熟料;将水泥熟料放入球磨机中磨细;研磨之后的水泥熟料与磷石膏按照比例混合均匀,再置于球磨机中磨细,得到水泥成品;本发明制备出的水泥强度高、凝结硬化快,可用于紧急工程、抢修工程等场合,实现了工业固废生产硫铝酸盐水泥,解决了磷石膏大量堆积的问题,对环保与经济发展意义重大。
