本发明涉及陶瓷基复合材料,具体涉及一种C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的预制体及其制备方法,用于解决采用CVI制备C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的周期较长,而且其沉积是依靠扩散作用,导致成品的孔隙率会比较大,难以制造厚度较大成品的不足之处。该C/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的预制体的基体内设置有多个气孔通道,增加了预制体的开气孔率,使气态先驱体可以充分与预制体内部的纤维丝束扩散接触,从而提高了C/SiC基体的快速转化,有效提升C/SiC基体的反应深度,进而可以制备更厚的成品,并可有效缩短成品的制备周期。
