The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of biomass heat-conducting film materials, and particularly relates to an ultrathin soft biomass heat-conducting film material and a preparation method thereof. Firstly, a spinning solution is prepared from biomass raw materials and graphene oxide, the biomass raw materials comprise lignocellulose, chitin, sodium alginate, regenerated plant protein and the like, and then the ultrathin soft biomass heat-conducting film material is finally prepared through an electrostatic spinning technology and gradient calcination treatment. According to the invention, biomass is used as a raw material, the biomass is wide in source and environment-friendly, the biomass material is carbonized by gradient calcination, meanwhile, graphene oxide can be thermally reduced into graphene, and the heat conduction film material prepared by the method has the advantages of being ultrathin, soft, high in heat conduction efficiency, low in cost, easy to prepare and the like.
