The coating comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-4 parts of an emulsifier, 0.5-1 part of polyethylene glycol, 0.3-0.5 part of an organic silicon defoaming agent, 10-12 parts of a silicone acrylic emulsion, 25-30 parts of water and 55-60 parts of silane, wherein the emulsifying agent is prepared from peregal O and Span80 according to the mass ratio of (1.22 to 1.71) to 1; the silane is prepared from 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane and isooctyl triethoxysilane according to the mass ratio of (2.5 to 3.5): 1. The octyl fluorine-containing organic silicon resin emulsion provided by the invention not only can be effectively prevented from layering, but also is strong in adhesive force, good in dipping effect and excellent in waterproof performance after being applied to the surface of concrete.
