The compression-shear type laminated rubber damping device comprises an upper structure and a lower structure, and the upper structure comprises a connecting top plate, an inner restraining plate and conical first steel plate layers sequentially arranged on the outer side of the inner restraining plate in a sleeving mode at intervals; the lower structure comprises a connecting bottom plate, a conical outer restraining plate arranged on the connecting bottom plate and conical second steel plate layers sequentially arranged on the inner side of the outer restraining plate in a sleeving mode at intervals, the first steel plate layers and the second steel plate layers are alternately arranged in a penetrating mode, and the rubber layers are arranged between the adjacent first steel plate layers and second steel plate layers; the first steel plate layer and the second steel plate layer in the whole structure are conical, the rubber layer is arranged between the first steel plate layer and the second steel plate layer, transverse vibration reduction can be conducted while vertical vibration reduction is achieved, in addition, rubber materials are sheared and compressed in a low-stress state, the good fatigue resistance performance is achieved, and the service life of the rubber materials is prolonged. The damping device has better fatigue performance, and a rubber material is arranged in a rubber injection mode.
本发明公开了一种压剪型叠层橡胶减振装置,包括上部结构和下部结构,上部结构包括连接顶板、内约束板以及依次间隔套设在内约束板外侧锥形的第一钢板层,下部结构包括连接底板、设置在连接底板上锥形的外约束板以及依次间隔套设在所述外约束板内侧锥形的第二钢板层,第一钢板层与第二钢板层交互穿插设置,橡胶层设置在相邻的第一钢板层和第二钢板层之间;本发明整体结构内部的第一钢板层以及第二钢板层均为锥形,并在第一钢板层和第二钢板层之间设置橡胶层,达到竖向减振同时可以进行横向减振,此外,橡胶材料低应力状态下受剪切压缩,具有非常好的耐疲劳性能,使得本发明的减振装置具有更好的疲劳性能,对于橡胶材料的设置采用注胶方式。
