Pavement conductive recycled pervious concrete surface layer
The conductive regenerated pervious concrete surface layer comprises a structural layer, a heat preservation and insulation layer, a conductive concrete layer, a first electrode, a second electrode and an external power source, and an up-down straight-through type hole penetrating through the structural layer, the heat preservation and insulation layer and the conductive concrete layer is formed in the conductive regenerated pervious concrete surface layer. In a rainfall event, the straight-through type water permeable holes can discharge water on the road surface in time; when a snowfall event occurs, water generated by snow melting of the conductive concrete layer can be discharged in time; and the smaller thickness of the conductive concrete layer is beneficial to reducing the material cost. The heat preservation and insulation layer can reduce downward transfer of heat generated by the conductive concrete layer, reduce heat loss and facilitate reduction of the thickness of the conductive concrete layer, so that temperature rise energy consumption of the conductive concrete layer is reduced, and low-energy-consumption snow melting is achieved.
本发明公开了一种路面导电再生透水混凝土面层,所述导电再生透水混凝土面层包括结构层、保温隔热层、导电混凝土层、第一电极、第二电极和外接电源,内部设置贯穿结构层、保温隔热层、导电混凝土层的上下直通型孔。在降雨事件中,直通型透水孔可以及时排出路面的水;降雪事件发生时可以及时排出导电混凝土层融雪产生的水;较小的导电混凝土层厚度有利于减少材料成本。设置保温隔热层可以减少导电混凝土层产生的热量向下传递,降低热量损耗,有利于减小导电混凝土层厚度,从而减少导电混凝土层升温能耗,实现低能耗融雪。
