The invention relates to a construction method of a bridge simply-supported-to-continuous structure. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a lower structure is constructed; s2, a permanent support is arranged; s3, erecting a precast beam body; s4, precast beam bodies are connected; s5, hogging moment tensioning is conducted; and S6, bridge deck pavement. The padstone and the support are arranged at the top of the cover beam to serve as permanent supports, the precast beam body is supported through the padstone and the support when erected, the precast beam body is directly supported through the padstone and the support after being connected into the continuous beam, a temporary support is not needed, construction steps are reduced, construction difficulty is lowered, the support is horizontally placed to guarantee balanced stress of the support, and construction efficiency is improved. The possibility that the support deforms and the beam body laterally slides due to uneven stress is avoided, the bridge floor transverse slope is controlled through the cover beam, the bridge floor longitudinal slope is controlled through the wedge-shaped block integrally prefabricated with the prefabricated beam body, and therefore the bridge floor transverse slope and the bridge floor longitudinal slope are arranged.
