The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, and discloses a high-elastic asphalt concrete joint construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, milling damaged old bridge asphalt to ensure the construction quality of abutted joints, and the requirements are as follows: (1) before abutted joint construction and asphalt paving, milling asphalt on an old bridge floor, and the milling requirement is more than 1.5 m; (2) asphalt is paved, the thickness of the asphalt is required to be 6 cm, then splicing seams are constructed, and the splicing seams must be connected to a new asphalt pavement; and S2, after asphalt paving on the bridge surfaces of the new bridge and the old bridge is completed, the abutted seams are cut and chiseled away. By adopting the high-elastic asphalt concrete, under the condition that traffic is not blocked by an old bridge floor, the problems of cracking and loosening of a seam position caused by differential settlement at the seam position of new and old lapped seams and depression or protrusion of a road surface can be effectively prevented, and then the durability of a bridge can be improved.
本发明涉及道路施工技术领域,公开了一种高弹沥青混凝土接缝施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:对损坏的老桥沥青进行铣刨,确保拼缝的施工质量,要求如下:(1).在拼缝施工以及沥青摊铺前,先对老桥面上的沥青进行铣刨,铣刨要求在1.5米以上;(2).摊铺沥青,沥青的厚度要求为6cm,之后再施工拼接缝,且拼缝必须衔接到新的沥青路面上;S2:等待新老桥桥面沥青摊铺完成后,再对拼缝进行切割凿除。本发明通过采用高弹沥青混凝土,可以在旧桥面不阻断交通的情况下,有效防止新旧搭接缝处由于不均匀沉降造成的接缝处开裂、松散,导致路面下洼或凸起的问题,进而可提高桥梁耐久性。
