The invention belongs to the field of environmental sanitation devices, and discloses a road cleaning device and a motor sweeper thereof. The road cleaning device comprises a working box body, a transition pipeline and a purging nozzle; the working box body is provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is used for blowing air outwards; the transition pipeline extends in the vertical direction and is rotationally installed on the side wall face of the working box body around the axis extending in the vertical direction, and the transition pipeline communicates with the interior of the air outlet. A purging opening is formed in the purging nozzle, the purging nozzle is installed on the transition pipeline, the purging opening is communicated into the transition pipeline, and an included angle is formed between the normal line of the purging opening and the axis of the transition pipeline. According to the leaf blowing device, air output from the air outlet of the working box body can flow into the transition pipeline, air is blown outwards through the blowing spray head, the air direction is changed into downward blowing with the included angle formed between the air direction and the horizontal ground, the leaf blowing function is achieved, and the structure is simple and reliable.
