The soil sampling device comprises a rack, wheels and supporting legs, the supporting legs are connected with the rack through a lifting mechanism, first hydraulic cylinders are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the upper portion of the rack, the upper ends of the first hydraulic cylinders are fixedly connected with a lifting plate, the lifting plate is slidably connected with a first sliding block, and a second hydraulic cylinder is arranged between the first sliding block and the lifting plate; a first motor is arranged on the first sliding block, a rotary excavating rod is connected to a rotating shaft of the first motor, a spiral blade is arranged on the rotary excavating rod, and a sampling conveying mechanism is arranged on the lower side of the first sliding block. According to the invention, the road surface is rotationally excavated to a certain depth, and then the sampling pipe is used for sampling, so that soil at different depths can be respectively sampled; after a sample is sampled by the sampling pipe, the sample can be transported to the outer side of the soil sampling device, and the soil sample can be easily taken out and collected through downward pressing of the cover plate; the lifting mechanism is arranged, so that the soil sampling device can be supported by the supporting legs after reaching a sampling point, the supporting reliability is ensured, and the equipment is prevented from shifting during sampling.
