During use, when the first group of ultrasonic distance measuring sensors detect that the jacket body inclines to the left side and the detection plate is low in left and high in right, the PLC can control the first positive and negative motor to start, drive the lead screw to rotate, then drive the moving block and the leveling rod to move to the right side, and move the counterweight leveling block to the right side of the detection plate; the weight of the right side of the jacket body is increased, the tilted right side of the jacket body moves downwards, the jacket body is leveled, if the jacket body inclines rightwards, a first forward and reverse motor is controlled to rotate reversely, a leveling rod and a balance weight leveling block are moved to the left side, the weight of the left side of the jacket body is increased, the jacket body is leveled, and therefore the leveling effect is achieved. Inclination and uneven stress of the jacket are avoided.
