The invention discloses an adjustable spring foundation vibration reduction and energy harvesting integrated device based on deep learning and a detection method thereof.The adjustable spring foundation vibration reduction and energy harvesting integrated device comprises a long beam which is integrally formed by a plurality of beam unit cells and is arranged above a foundation in parallel, and a notch is formed in the middle beam unit cell; a piezoelectric ceramic component of which the two ends are respectively connected with the connecting beam unit cells is arranged at the notch; spring sets are connected between the lower surfaces of the rest of the beam unit cells and the foundation, the lower ends of springs in the spring sets are connected with the foundation, the upper end of at least one spring in the spring sets is connected with the beam unit cells, and the rigidity value of the spring sets is adjustable. By adjusting the mechanical spring array, the range of an elastic wave forbidden band and the frequency of a defect band are adjusted, so that a wider application range and higher energy harvesting efficiency are obtained.
