本发明公开了一种用于超窄空间墙体的模板结构及其拆装方法,其结构内侧模板和外侧模板就位后相对布置安装,并通过若干对穿丝杆进行连接,提升杆靠墙竖向平行设置于内侧模板的后方,并通过连杆铰接机构与内侧模板后背铰接连接,提升杆能够在上、下方向上的拉、推作用力下控制连杆铰接机构实现对内侧模板的松弛回拉或张紧顶撑;内侧模板背面与提升杆通过连杆铰接机构连接,已经浇筑的墙体上设置临时牛腿,通过千斤顶反向液压提升杆,内侧模板被顶撑就位,墙体混凝土浇筑后,临时牛腿上设置葫芦,提起提升杆,拆除模板,此方法解决人员无法进入双墙窄空间进行模板安装和拆除的问题,模板块和提升杆可以重复,不用特殊设备,施工速度快。
