The supporting beam set comprises a main beam and side beam assemblies installed at the two ends of the main beam, each side beam assembly comprises a side beam connected with the main beam in a sliding mode, and two sets of side beam components are arranged on each side beam and comprise the first side beam component fixedly installed at the end of the corresponding side beam and the second side beam component arranged on the side, facing the main beam, of the first side beam component in a sliding mode. The side grooves are dug in the two sides of the building firstly, the two supporting rail sets are placed in the two side grooves respectively, then the foundation of the building is dug off, pits formed by digging off are communicated with the side grooves, and every time a preset distance is dug off, one supporting beam set is placed in a preset position through the supporting rail sets to support the building.
